The Walking Dead is an ongoing black-and-white American comic book series created by writer Robert Kirkman and artist Tony Moore. It chronicles the travels of Rick Grimes, his family and other survivors of a zombie apocalypse.

First issued in 2003 by publisher Image Comics, the comic is written by Kirkman[1] with art by Moore (issues # 1 - #6) and Charlie Adlard (issue #7 onward). Moore continued to do the covers through issue #24.

The series received the 2010 Eisner Award for Best Continuing Series at San Diego Comic-Con International. A television series bearing the same name premiered Halloween 2010 on AMC. The Walking Dead Book 10 HC Book Review

I want to still love the Walking Dead, I really do. But, honestly it feels like Robert Kirkman is only continuing the Comic Book Series because it's a cash cow and not because he has these great ideas for it anymore. The last time I felt inspired by the Comic Book Series was issue #48, after that there have been an issue here or there that's great, but generally this book has become a regular book, not anything amazing.

Honestly, that's sad to me, I used to love this series.
